Information you choose to submit
The inquiry form collects name, email, business name, optional phone, utility selection, question category, message and consent. Do not include account numbers, passwords, tax IDs, payment data or bill attachments. The form records the originating website and a provider submission reference for routing and duplicate protection.
How a request is handled
Netlify processes the first-party form submission and sends an owner notification to Jaken Energy. A private, signed server-side integration records the inquiry in internal lead/quote handling and routes it into the existing Monday workflow. Access is used to respond to the request and administer its handling. Internal system destinations and credentials are not public.
Your choices and contact
Submitting permits contact about this request. It does not enroll a utility account, authorize a supplier contract, subscribe you to automated follow-ups or establish an account with this website. For a question about your information, correction or deletion request, contact jason@jakenenergy.com. Retention may depend on the business purpose and applicable requirements; this page does not promise immediate deletion of all provider or backup records.
Tools, logs and service providers
Calculator values remain in the current browser page; this implementation does not send, persist or attach them to inquiries. The site does not load advertising trackers, analytics, third-party fonts or embedded inquiry providers. Hosting and network providers may process ordinary request information such as IP addresses, URLs, timestamps and technical logs. Opening an external source follows that provider’s own policy.
Security and sensitive material
The site uses HTTPS and a private server-side integration for inquiry routing. No online service is risk-free. If further documents are needed, discuss an appropriate sharing method after contact rather than adding sensitive information to the public form.
